This phone stopped working after just 2 months. Sent it back to LG since its under warranty but big surprise they wont honor the warranty. I will never buy another LG product

I had a few of the style of those they were terrible but I heard the k40 was a good phone Ive had a lot of trouble and my Lord it doesnt even have dark mode on it and for someone that has a low vision that is very disappointing I wouldnt have bought the phone if I would have knew

I bought this phone after my other phone died. After 4 months the k40 wouldnt turn on and is un usable. LG solution was to send them the phone to fix. Im online now and cant register cant make any call phones wont work. This is a real pain Looks like i have to go out and buy a burner phone to have a phone while they fix mine.

Had a Motorola. Was satisfied w/Motorola. Screen cracked. Forced to buy a new phone. Had little money. Cricket Wireless offered an Alcatel. Bought it. Worst phone.....EVER Switched to Metro PCS. Offered me an LG K40. Was skeptical because Motorola has never failed me. Bought the LG. Completely satisfied. Battery life is the best i ever had w/o a doubt. Picture is amazing. Phone responds to every touch immediately. Combined w/Metro PCS my dwnld speeds make Cricket look like dial-up. I highly recommend LG K40 Metro by T Mobile.
