Calls drop 90 of time. After 6 months text messages stopped working. Had to delete all apps to save battery life after 4 hours. Still discharges in 4 hours to 15 BATTERY LIFE. Worse phone I ever owned.

Slow terrible camera almost no internal memory because its all taken by garbage apps you cant uninstall. I have maybe 5 apps of my own on here and my storage is at maximum capacity. I bought a 128 GB microSD card to fix this because there are apps I need to download for work and cant only to find out you cant move apps to SD cards on this phone without rooting it and risking turning it into a brick. Which is pretty much already is so I guess thats my next tedious step for this piece of garbage. What a waste of precious metals and plastic.

I got this phone and service about a month ago. The phone works great but compared to my other phone that I had it lacks in storage capacity.
The phone I had previously was a Motorola e5 play. That had the ability to incorporate the SD card so it can be used as system storage.
The LG aristo 4+ doesnt have that capability. Not sure if it was the operating system android 8.0 on the. Motorola e5 play that made it do that or if it was phone. The LG aristo 4+ or Android 9.0 wont do this. And no other phone wasnt rooted.

Its a good thing that I only use a cell phone occasionally. We live in a rural area and this phone registers zero to 1 bar of signal strength at best useless. My wifes phone works better 3-4 bars at the same location. We have a landline because of the poor coverage. Im a retired electronics engineer and I know how this stuff works - and is SUPPOSED to work. There is a cell tower going up within a mile of here but work on it has been on hold for the last couple years. If / when the tower comes alive I will re-evaluate my phone situation. So the main problem is poor coverage but this LG phone falls flat compared to other cell phones that work fine at this same location.

My screen broke and I had to replace my phone. Wish I knew ahead of time about the change to using the SD card. I used to be able to put large apps such as my Kindle on my SD card to free up some room On my internal storage. I dont know why you even have the option for an SD card if you cant use it except for photos which are uploaded to a cloud anyway. So now my phone is sluggish all the time and I have limited usage. Ive been an LG customer since my very first phone but Im afraid no more if they are making these kind of Changes.

I bought this phone to use as a 600 megahertz hot spot on my boat. I needed to bring internet aboard with support for T-Mobile new frequency. The phone has performed much better than I expected. It is well built it has a good display. By no means our premium phone but for the money you cant go wrong.

as most have said for some reason this phone does not allow transfer of apps to an sd card which makes zero sense. it is also not something retailers want to share when purchasing this phone. and of course a return results in reshelving fees and so forth. get an update asap to allow moving apps to an sd card and this phone would most likely get 5 stars from all users. im guessing that will never happen and if you complain lg does nothing. second bad phone in 2 years. please do not reply with standard contact on twitter reply just make and update to move our apps. no it is NOT the app not allowing it

Somebody in their infinite wisdom chose to remove the ability to either format the sdCard as internal memory or move apps to external memory. One of the apps I use has a 4gig library and went fit on internal memory. This has been a native features since OS 6 and still is part of the native OS 9 10. Other than that it is a great phone.
