My reasoning for the 3 stars is the the refrigereator is too dark. The lighting is not adequate enough, my previous Frigidare side by side which I bougt over 30 years ago was great. I replaced it with another brand six years ago but had problems with the other brand so I swiched back to Frigidaire.

It fits perfectly in my kitchen. The ice and water dispenser are great. It keeps my food staying fresh . It™™s runs quietly except when the ice maker fills with water and dumps ice, but that is to be expected. Great quality for the price.

The new fridge is very fancy compared to our last one! It has an air filter of its own even, and the indicators on the insides of the doors let you know when you need to change the water and air filters. Fancy!

We have had this refrigerator for about a week now. We LOVE it. it was affordable and works great with awesome features. The only thing I would mention is that you want to be sure to follow the recommendations for temperature as even one step colder than the recommended froze everything on our top shelf. But as soon as we fixed it it has been great since.

It's been just shy of a year and this fridge is already breaking/cracking. It's nearly impossible to keep the SS clean, even w/ high quality SS cleaner and polish (clean, unused, microfiber towel every time). Fingerprints live on the doors. The ice maker is already breaking down and leaking down the back of the freezer. It leaves huge chunks of ice (not cubes) in the ice storage shelf, blocking the ice from coming out of the door dispenser. I have to clear out chunks of ice daily for it to properly dispense ice through the door. The plastic wall in the ice/water dispenser has already cracked. Now, I could MAYBE see that happening YEARS down the road and with constant, rough usage. That's not the case. It's used a few times a day MAX! No children using it, just two elderly adults. It gets wiped down daily and the door is opened/closed w/ care. How does a crack, running from bottom to top, happen? I deep clean the fridge weekly, and wipe down daily, as needed. Again, no harsh cleaners. Usually Mrs. Meyers soap and water, or just water, for the interior. High quality SS cleaner and polish for the exterior (daily, if not several times a day). The shelves are held in with very low quality plastic clips. Almost like those disposable, and extremely annoying, clips used to secure a toy in a package. When trying to fully remove the shelves, it feels like I'm going to break it (where it's secured at the rear). The drawers, very similar situation. I HIGHLY recommend you don't over fill AND only pull out half way. If pulled out any further, it's secured so poorly that it will definitely fall out and/or break the plastic drawer and rear securements. The inner door TouchPad controls are SO overly sensitive that even a VERY light touch will adjust all the settings. Just brushing your arm up against it will mess all the settings up. Getting water or ice is a joke. It easily spills/drips water (probably normal w/most fridge ice/water dispensers) all down the door. Grab a towel to wipe it up. Should be simple, right? Nope! Leaves steaks and water marks all down the door. You have to clean the whole door w/ SS cleaner AND polish. Its such a chore and so frustrating. I don't even use the door water/ice dispenser anymore. I just open the freezer door, use a clean cup, and scoop my uce into my cup. Defeats the whole purpose and makes getting water/ice a dreaded chore :( Very poor quality, very frustrating, and so not worth the price tag. If you plan on replacing it within a year, maybe two, don't mind cheap quality, and poor functionality, then this is the fridge for you.

The freezer is great. Ice machine works great and there is a lot of space. The fridge freezes a lot of our food. We follow the directions for the air filter. We don't block the space and it still freezes our food. This is the only issue we have.

So far I love the fridge. My only complaint is that the doors are not aligned correctly. One is hung a few CM™™s higher than the other so it looks a bit awkward. I don™™t have the energy to argue with Lowe™™s about it though. Second appliance purchase with less than desirable delivery.

I like the refrigerator, but I™™m not a fan of the inside layout of the shelves & storage compartments. There are only 2 drawers & a third would be nice. The designated spots for the shelves waste usable space: the height in between lacks variance.

One of the most important features in a refrigerator, for me, is the ice maker. This one makes great ice, has a large ice bin for greater volume and keeps it full. The rest of the appliance is great too, but ice is the important factor here.

I have only had this refrigerator for a week but so far it is working very well. My previous kitchen appliances were Frigidaire and they all lasted 17 yrs with no issues. I bought this to update the look of my kitchen and I got a really good deal on a 3 pc. package. I will only purchase Frigidaire appliances, this brand has proven to be long lasting.I also love the black stainless steel, it isn't bright like regular stainless and it isn't as dark as black. It is the perfect blend of both. It looks like the picture except it isn't a matte finish, it does have a little shine to it. Enjoy!

This refrigerator is beautiful. I got the black stainless. No fingerprints. Lots of interior space. I wanted a side by side because the ice maker is everything to me. The side by side offers the old style one that doesn™™t break. It it freezes, you simple remove it, shake it, dump it, and reinsert it. I love it. Thank you Frigidaire.

The refrigerator is a nice looking unit. It is a bit smaller than my trade in model and the depth of the shelves are not as deep, but I knew this prior to ordering. The pricing that I received, using my employment discount made this an easier decision and I am pleased with the ice tray manufacturing of ice. The doors are magnetized, so we were quick to put our favorite magnets on the new unit.
